Rally Force Volleyball Club  

Our goals here at Rally Force will be to teach your young athlete many skills. To start with they will be provided with the basic fundamentals of the game of volleyball which includes: 

-footwork for passing, setting and blocking

-correct passing form, body position, arm position, movement

-correct setting form, hand, arms and body positioning

-correct serving technique for overhand serving, floaters and top spin

(underhand serving will be provided for those who need it)

-blocking technique, footwork and arm positioning

-three & four step spike approach and down ball

-basic offense and defensive systems, serve receive

-learning the most up to date rules and regulations of the game

-the players will learn all positions on the court

As your athlete improves we will provide more advanced systems of the game to them.

-passing and digging will be more demanding in accuracy

-setter will learn play sets

-hitter will also learn play sets for offense and defense

-more advanced offense and defensive systems will be introduced

-double and triple blocking

-jump serve, floaters and top spin

-players will specialize in positions on the court

-learning to read offense and defense for both teams

Etc. etc. etc.
