Midwest Jrs VBC provides some of the most experienced coaches in the Midwest.

All of our coaches are attending the Online Team coaching clinic in Nov. at our gym.  This coaching clinic brings our coaching staff up to date on the most advanced skill training available. Both mentally and physically.
